Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY

We will usually despatch your product the working day after you place your order. 

We deliver to the UK, Isle of Mann, Isle of White, Scottish Highlands & Isles using Royal Mail standard post.  They aim to deliver in 3 days after posting, and our charge to you is free.  We do not offer a next day guaranteed delivery service. 

We deliver overseas using Royal Mail International Standard.  They aim to deliver items to Europe within 3 to 5 working after posting and rest of world destinations within 5 to 7 working days after posting.  Our charge to you is £3.50.

If you are located outside of the EU, then please be aware that your government may charge you a customs tax on receipt of the product.

We do not deliver to USA or Canada, although we hope to at some point in the future.

If you have an important deadline such as a birthday, please place your order well in advance in case of unforeseen delays.  Oyster Skincare cannot be held responsible for any delay.

If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail treat it in the way they normally treat post to your premises when you are out.  Most likely this will mean that they will leave a card advising you to pick it up from the sorting office when you return. 

Please note that because we are posting by standard Royal Mail, we cannot give instructions to the postman to leave the parcel eg. in a shed or with the neighbours.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not you can return it within 30 days no questions asked.

We will refund the full price of the product you purchased, but not the original delivery price or the cost of returning the product to us.

If the return is a cancellation of the contract under under the Distance Selling Regulations and so is communicated to us by email within 7 working days beginning with the day you received the product, then we will refund the full price of the product you purchased and the original delivery price, but you are required to pay the cost of returning it.

Before returning your product, you must email us advising us that you would like to return it, and we will issue a return authorisation code.  Please write this code on the reverse of your return envelope.

Our Returns address is Oyster Skincare, Unit A4, Bridge Road Industrial Estate, UB2 4AB, UK.

We will usually process your refund as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days following receipt back at our warehouse.  We cannot refund if the product you sent does not arrive back at our warehouse, so ensure you keep the tracking code from your shipment.
